His journey began in Italy and soon took him across the world's most important jewellery markets. Over the years, Paolo has held senior leadership positions with internationally recognised jewellery companies, including Damiani and Gori & Zucchi / UnoAErre, before becoming CEO of TJF Group, the international jewellery trend forecasting and strategic consulting group.
 

Working across Europe, the United States and Asia gave Paolo a unique perspective on jewellery: not only how it is made and sold, but how style evolves, how people choose what they wear and what makes a piece truly memorable.
 

Through TJF, he was involved in trend forecasting, international business development, product strategy, branding and the development of jewellery concepts for different markets around the world. His work has taken him to industry events and markets from Europe and the United States to Asia and the Middle East.
